I'm sure the product is great, but what's the worth of a great product if it never arrives?
I ordered from Ole on May 27, have always hear great reviews so thought I'd give it a try. Paid for standard shipping, $10 to Gold Coast. Not too bad. It's been almost one month and I legit don't know if I'll even receive my order.
Firstly, yes I know it's a DHL issue, their eCommerce section is inept of service and any form of accountability. They use a 3rd party DAI Global in AU for customs approval. My package arrived in Sydney June 9 and hasn't moved. I finally called DAI today and they frantically ensured me my package would be sent out immediately, but tbh I'm not even bothered anymore.
Also, even though it is a shipping issue, Ole have been completely un-accountable. Passing the buck to DHL, but at the end of the day they have selected DHL as their official couriers, so even though their products are great. What use is that if it never arrives?
Final verdict, one month for any product is ludicrous. Order from Sephora or Adore, they'll get it to you in 2 weeks time.
The products are good although there is no expiration date or manufacture date. That's concerning as you don't know how fresh the products are.
Customer service is seriously lacking. I'm sure they are probably underpaid but the company should re-think this through.

Ole Henriksen has the most amazing products but their customer service absolutely sucks. They cancelled my order without stating the reason why it was cancelled. When I emailed them to ask for a reason, they simply ignored my emails. It has been 2 weeks now since my emails and I haven’t gotten any replies.
I tried to reach them by giving a negative review and was notified that my review was “moderated” and would not be showing. This is definitely insane and unbelievable! Does this mean they only allow good reviews to go through, therefore, their reviews are all good? Definitely not a way to run an ethical business.
I would not recommend purchasing their products from Ole Henriksen. Buy from other websites even if it costs more. Save yourself from the pain and disappointment.
Don’t bother shopping with them. There are plenty of other brands and stores which are much reliable and have outstanding products.
The banana eye cream essentially infected my eye so bad that I had to use a steroid cream to sort out my eye area. I’ve tried to contact them back at the start of January 2021, the first few emails informed me someone will contact me, but it’s now been over 6 weeks and I am still waiting. Website is crap, as is the customer service! Do NOT bother with this brand.
They f****** suck. I had a severe allergic reaction to their banana bright eye cream, and have been told they aren't going to do anything. When I follow up they send me the same email over and over again...
Love the product but their customer service has little to be desired. Ordered The moisturizer duo and about 4 to 5 days later was notified by email that The product no longer In stock. Called customer service to try and remedy to the situation thought that they would be like most companies and agree that the customer comes first but was sadly mistaken. The difference in cost was eight dollars if I was to order them separately as opposed to the duo. This was beside the point. I tried to explain to the supervisor wouldn’t it be good customer service if you guys would place two of the creams in my shipment with a letter that says we apologize for the inconvenience but we still wanted to get you your product. Of course there was no way she could make this happen so she said. Which I told her was poor PR and questioned her authority as a supervisor for not being able to remedy the situation.
Use boots.ie other wise it will take several weeks to be delivered but other Than that their products are fantastic ! The banana eye cream is doing wonders for my dark circle the gel rush is incredible leave the skin smooth and bright and the toner is reducing pores and leave the skin bright

I ordered on December 15th, the purchase went from Illinois to Frankfurt (don't know why since the final destination is Mexico) and it has been at the same point since Dec 28th. DHL told me I should contact the vendor... At this point and reading the former reviews I'm not sure it will arrive :(
Really awful customer service , there website is a nightmare, when I phoned them , the adviser didn’t know Scotland was part of the UK! , she also sounded totally disinterested, said she would phone back, she didn’t.
I would buy from boots but not really sure I like the products , think I prefer la Roche possay. One of the things that put me off is the amount of fragrance in some of the products.
I don’t use the website but buy it in stores. They sell it on boots.co.uk I’m danish and have used this for years as my mother also only uses this. It’s the only thing that works without adding a bunch of random bad. This is all natural ingredients and smell amazing. I can always tell by my skin when I’ve skipped using it for a few days cuz I’ve run out or been out or just been lazy. Highly recommended
